It provided me with the tools and mindset to make some immediate changes to be able to lead myself and my team more effectively, but more importantly provided some direction on how I can continue my development as a leader. Jamie and Joe really went the extra mile to understand us as individuals and this allowed them the ability to provide highly personalised (and accurate) feedback and feedforward which has been invaluable.
